Area Statistics
Statistics for neighbourhoods are used by many agencies and organisations. There are therefore, many different sets of statistics and this can be confusing. On this page we have links to two of the types of information available:
Sheffield Neighbourhood Information Systems - This is compiled by Sheffield City Council and has data for each of Sheffield's 100 neighbourhoods. It is a really good place to start with some basic data about your area on topics such as community safety, housing environment and education. This site is especially useful for comparing neighbourhoods.
Sheffield Primary Care Trust has just published its annual public health report and it also publishes neighbourhood data each year. Please click here for data from 2006-7.
